Inspection: Retailers are requested to inspect the stock at the time of delivery. Any physical damage or discrepancies must be reported to the delivery executive immediately.
Damaged/Expired Goods: If you receive a damaged or expired product, we offer a 1-to-1 replacement or credit adjustment on your next order, provided it is reported within 24 hours.
Final Sale: Goods that are in good condition and match the order specifications cannot be returned once accepted.
